Were you there Ash? I am not sure I exactly see it that way just from looking at the replay
Wow thats what i call intent, and one full on savage attack.
Maryborough today Race 2 2YO trot.
Watch the outside of the track at the standing start and the horse that rears up on its back feet.
He comes down on his feet then sees an attendant there to assist and full on puts his ears back and lunges head first aiming at the guy trying to bite him and attack him, knocks him to the ground, steps straight on and over him, wheels of sulky go straight over the guy too.
Never seen a horse go someone like that in "race conditions" before even tho he didn't really go anywhere!

Greg Sugars was a Champion harness racing person
Watched the replay a couple of times and it didn't look real good, Jesus talk about unruly!!
Gee I hope hes alright. Looked nasty on the replay. One question I do have though, is why he ran over to the horse in the first place? The race had started. Not having a go at him, but I would have thought once the race started, you shouldnt interfere with a runner.
Watched this a couple of times and have no idea whether the horse "attacked" the attendant or it just looks like it, but he ( the horse) certainly wasn't a happy little Vegemite was he! Looked like he's spent time in the naughty corner for similar behaviour before.
