The latest Harnesslink - New Zealand TAB fixed odds competition winner is Mike Rowell, formerly of Oamaru - but these days based in Auckland. Rowell grew up in a harness racing family and attended New Zealand's best secondary school - St Kevin's College in Oamaru (editor's opinion only).
