    Considering his 5th only came with a 2 year suspended sentence, the 25 years is certainly a big number. If he was in Victoria he probably would have been a $10k fine. Surely as a minimum there has to be some equality between states. If Gallagher appeals I am sure he will get a reduction.

    Jack the interesting thing will be between codes, thoroughbred trainer on 40 odd charges, greyhounds on cruelty ...lets see their penalties
