We have 2 heats of the ABC for 3yoF tonight with Rocknroll Magic aiming for 10 wins in a row and 20 overall
The 2nd heat is a bit stronger but Heavens Trend aiming at her 15th win will be the measuring stick

That is not how a $1.04 fav is supposed to win
It has got me beat how we have so many super short favs.
Compare it to the gallops.
Some will say that it is our grading system and the fact that we run heats for big races
I know we have smaller fields but even if the gallops regularly had fields of 8 they would still not have $1.04 favs
I know that HALF the time our favourites do not deserve to be that short because they are not that much better than there opposition and get beat nearly HALF the time
Why are our punters so crazy?
