Duane, I recall a 2 or 3 piece interview you did with him.
Ending one of them with "tomorrow we ask Lou what is the key to his success" something along those lines.WTF is his answer now.

Jason;
If you read the article correctly Lou Pena hasn't received a single positive test. The violations relate to drugs that had been used by veterinarians during the week - and it appears that Lou Pena has had to produce all of his vet reports.
This is unprecedented in the harness racing world.
This is obviously a test case.
As far as referring to what we report we try and report both sides to every story.
I AM NOT IN THE HABIT OF EXPRESSING MY OWN OPINIONS! Never have , never will.
Journalists don't take sides, but I will report what is handed out via media releases.
We are currently in the process of contacting Lou about his charges.

A bit heavy handed by officials.
Whatever happened to the 3,000 strikes and you're out rule?
Duane your one of a kind
hahah some very funny stuff on here, and I thought the forum was getting boring.
I hope you can contact Lou, it will make for an interesting read, and as for this... Journalists don't take sides?
That is a very nobel statement and at first I'm sure in most cases true, but unfortunately it will not pay the bill's.:/
