Photo Finish pics with results (or how slow is Messenger!)

How long has this option been part of the results?
Please don't tell me years LOL
They're pretty good
eg see below for any other slow ones like me (click on camera icon, next to the play video icon)

I am forever using the video play but would probably have never noticed/thought anything of the camera icon if I had not seen a couple of races without the play icon and only the camera
