If the B sample comes back positive he will first and foremost need to have an explanation of how a drug

Have a positive in NSW the trainer always gets stood down so why not Aiken. Is this just yet another example of go easy on the big fish but throw the book at the less well known/hobby/battler trainer?

If the B sample comes back positive he must be stood down or it just makes a joke of the whole "integrity" push. If this was some small time bush trainer they would be treated by the rules, not given special treatment. HRV should insist that NSW follow normal procedures.
