fair dinkum, you wouldn't have seen these two in the same race in Oz....Waikiki Beach and Hollywood Sign.

On first glance you wouldn't think so, but they both left Australia as M1s.
Once again, you are 100% correct Brenno but look a bit deeper than that, vastly different records and a massive gap in the class of horse they both met.
No doubt Waikiki Beach the far superior horse with the far superior record. However had Hollywood Sign stayed in Australia who is to say he wouldn't have been in the M1 on 14/01/17 that Waikiki Beach ran 3rd in. Or even in a weirder anomaly Hollywood Sign may have won an extra one or two Metrop races so could have even hypothetically lined up in the higher class race than Waikiki Beach that night! Despite the massive difference in prizemoney and ability it was possible they could have been in the same race!
