Urgent Help Needed - what is the best way to watch NSW on a mobile?

I don't normally find myself stranded - no Foxtel (why doesn't Foxtel Go show Sky?!)
So I have watched R1 Menangle on Sky Active on my phone - bloody terrible - like I had a stocking over the screen
Is there a better alternative ?

Now I see why we Vics are lucky to have Trots Vision

I went back to Sky Active on my ph for that one (for sound as iphone goes directly to my cochlear)
and the pic was fine too so probably just a reception thing
I have stayed here plenty of times without a problem but I recently switched from Optus to Telstra whom I thought were supposed to be better but I am not so sure (and not just because of this)
