I'm confused as to how old J-Bon is
His Herald Sun form guide pic looks like the license photo of an 18yo
While in his R2 analysis he references Allen Jakovich who was a decent AFL player for a couple of years only - about 30 years ago!

Does anybody know where Blake Redden landed? He departed so quickly on the eve of the Breeders Crown, you had to think he had something to go to

$3.60 for the Early Quaddie at Melton tonight
That is as skinny a quaddie as I can remember

Races 1-4
I wish it had NOT caught my attention. I thought I remembered a $5 quaddie at Shep back in the 70's which included Jolie Hanover and obviously 3 other standout horses (and I thought was probably a Saturday night meet). Not as short I know but I remember (or I think I do) having it 20 times. I have been searching the Year Books, it is approaching midnight - it can wait until tomorrow. Back in those days that was probably the payout for 50c

I'm happy to see Ladies In Red given a proper spell instead of contesting the NSW Oaks

Good luck to AJ Chalmers who has 9yo first starter Skye Cruiser in R3 at Maryborough today
After waiting this long, you deserve some luck
Craig Rail says it has been trialing well

In the same race you would be excused for thinking
Jack Laugher was destined to drive Loven Laughter
But alas it finished Last
