I don't know how I feel about
Isaacs highlighted his “strong passion for understanding customers and their experiences” as a major strength, adding HRV was “at a point where we can push forward in this area and create a truly niche market for this wonderful sport”.
I hope this does not mean we are satisfied to be the 3rd code (probably just me being picky/grumpy - bloody sinusitis)

Niche- A specialized segment of the market for a particular kind of product or service....I trust that he means expanding from the existing niche in the market.
I read the other day in an article about the founding 30 years ago of CentreBet that there are up to 100 betting outlets active. Betting on everything imaginable ...so expanding a niche is not an easy task.
I hope he realizes that the customer is not just the punter, it must include owners, breeders, trainers etc..
