I will provide the link but in case it changes - you got to Racing Victoria's website, then Integrity, then Stewards, then Stewards Reports

Older Reports
You go to the Racing.com website and their Calendar. (Make sure you have Vic selected as a Location)
Click on a meeting and then a race. At the top of the Results you will see the option to choose Stewards Report instead of Result. If you are interested in the whole report not just for one race click on ALL (where it lists the races) and then Stewards Report - you will get the complete Stewards Report for all the races
[I find it strange that Vic seems to be the only state that provides this option]

Go to racingnsw.com and select Stewards Reports which can be found under the Race Diary tab
It will take you to a calendar format called Stewards Reports Diary
