Racing at their main/metro track means something in NSW

From the first race meeting in January 2022 the base prizemoney for mid-week races run by Club Menangle will increase to $9,800.

Prizemoney for these races will be advertised at $9,996, as NSW pays 102 per cent of base prizemoney to ensure all starters receive a minimum of two per cent.

It would have been great if they had increased it by $4 more - $10,000 has a much better ring to it
