Was that pre or post Tanabi Bromac's Vic Derby win (2008) Nathan Pretty sure Keith was at Elmore then.
Still very much used as a training track, pretty sure they still run quali trials.

Wasn't that long ago barney 'laughs'. I've been to a couple of Elmore Cups@Elmore. And adding to your list, obviously Keith Cotchin, Neville Welsh and fairly sure Chris Hildebrandt use/d the track. Some great trainers.

That would have been mid to late nineties Wayne. At the time their was a heap of trainers at Elmore, and a huge at the races that day too.

Wyong. Still there inside the gallops track but not used for anything as far as I know.
Also the reason for the seemingly random grand stand at the top of the home straight.

My attempt at attaching the google link failed.

I hope you don't mind but I've added the Google Maps link to the ghost trotting track inside the gallops track at Wyong.

The gallopers use it now as a warm at track before cantering , all the track dressing was removed and taken to Morisset show ground to fix it up as a training track for locals I believe they got a 10k grant from hrnsw to do it
