Grant Wootton - Registrar and Licencing Officer HRNSW
I thought that Grant had his work cut out for him after Denis Declauzel. After a worrying start, he's now really hitting his straps.
Grant is quick to return emails / calls and solve problems with an obliging attitude. Great customer service.
I hope that he keeps it up.

Agree with this Richard. Denis left big shoes to be filled and to date, Grant is a good fit for those shoes!
I would like to congratulate HRNSW and TabCorp Park Menangle on the way they treated my guest and I at the Miracle Mile night. Whilst there is a good chance I won't be in the MM final again, it certainly gave me something to aspire to. The little things made it: racing colours with Yaya's name on them, a hat for my guest and I (with Yaya's name on it) etc... The other guests on my table were fantastic and had plenty of stories, we cheered along eachother's horses alike. It has been a while since I have been at a race meeting and left thinking "geeze, I need to get more involved"... so well done!!!
Not sure what the cost is, but certainly getting treated a bit like royalty just for having a runner (not a winner, a runner) in a race was great... maybe an "owners bar" is something worth considering for a small taste of it on an ongoing basis...
