We are still struggling to find good, nay ANY, stablehands/trackworkers/junior trainers. Anyone have any insight into what they are being paid these days?
Are there any secret channels we can use to find some? Currently advertising on 2 x Facebook trading groups as well as the Trading Ring on .org. Is it a WA thing? A location thing? An industry issue?
I'm going to have to move home to help out the way it's going
Might get a few now the weather has improved in the lower parts of WA. Pay about $600 a week.
