Hmmm the late Graeme Rice would seem to have put one (7 actually) over the studbook master
There are about 7 horses with names that start with "IFU SEEK". Just another way of saying "If You See Kaye" . Say it fast and you get F U C .... well you know the rest !
Don't die wondering !

I submitted "Muckingrefarkable" to the syndicate manager as one of my naming choices in a horse. Not hard to say after a few playful attempts. I don't think it passed the syndicate manager who rang to see if I had a dose of FITHs' disease? Oh well I thought it was funny ....... and muckingrefarkable is making ......
This IS NOT a facepalm name but I thought this was as good a place as any to ask this question
It has taken me 25 starts to spot but I am wondering about the naming of
Aint No Lombo = Lombo Mandingo x Come Forth
He clearly is a Lombo. Maybe they are simply referring to the fact that he does not belong to Mick. Or maybe the namer just likes the many sayings that begin with 'Ain't No'.
Just curious. Anyone know?

I don't "know" Kev, but "Notjustanotherama" is an earlier foal by "Panorama", as is "Shezacomin" by "Fully Loaded", I reckon its a bit of naming fun, that's about it.
Yeah, thanks Dan, there is a bit of a fun naming pattern going on there

How about a bit of name swapping
I noticed an old horror in Frank The Duck was number 1 in race 10 tonight
and decided to look at his breeding again for a clue - none
but I did notice Silent Growl, number 1 in race 11 would seem to have a better name for his breeding
so I looked at her breeding and found that it could semi justify a duck name
Frank The Duck is from Take Her Easy Tiger
x
Silent Growl is from Swanline

The "Silent Growl" from "Swanline" is no doubt derived from the species of swans known as the "Mute Swan".
No doubt Steve but Silent Growl would sure suit a Take Her Easy Tiger foal too and I was sort of trying to find an excuse for someone to call a horse Frank The Duck
