Haha, the ads sometimes look at your past browsing history (for example if you visit a website on another topic that's also running Google ads they might show you ads relating to a topic from that previous website). So if you're seeing those...

In all seriousness though, there's no connection whatsover with posting your personal info and the ads. I'd be more worried about getting calls from disgruntled forum members, but as VVV says it's probably not hard to track his number down anyway.
