HRV are focused on Melton - for it is the centre of their Universe. All major players are situated within an hour of here (Ballarat, Geelong, Cranbourne, Bendigo). Live outside those confines and you are effectively in Siberia. Look at the Meadowlands / Yonkers, because that's where we are heading fast.
