Sitting parked and running 1.55.8 at Shep as a 2yo (although in NZ she would have been a 3yo for a month now)
It was big improvement from the 2nd placed Upright, I am sure they would have expected to win running those times
The track might be fast tonight as in R5 stablemate 3yo Amelia Rose ran 1.53.8. Hesty who ran second would have gone 1.54 which is a good 4 secs faster than he has run this trip at Shep before

I was very happy with Ladies In Red tonight, sitting outside the leader and winning well. If she’s half as good as Our Little General she will be a champ. She gets her name from the red string worn of the left wrist of the female followers of the Jewish Kabbalah religion . Her dam was named after one of the prominent followers.

2yo Captain Bellasario looked very impressive winning at his second start at Cranbourne today
His dam Bellasario is out of the excellent broodmare Forest Glory (who looked like being a star herself before breaking down in her 9th start after winning 7 and running second in the other as a juvenile)
